New message series starts Sunday!

You don’t have to visit many churches to find that they come in lots of sizes, varieties and flavors. You may have also found that you like some, others you couldn’t connect with. With all the differences, how do we know what a church should look like? Let’s go back to the first church in the Bible and find out what church was “Meant to Be”!

PICNIC! AUGUST 23rd

THIS SUNDAY -
After the service on Sunday, join us as we head over
to Memorial Park. Bring a blanket to sit on and a basket
of lunch for you or your family. You don't need to bring a dish to share,
just bring it for yourself. Wow...that sounds selfish!!!
You might want to bring fried chicken and apple pie or a quick Subway sandwich or a pizza or pb&js!

Don't forget the frisbee, football, or whatever helps you enjoy the summer afternoon.
Our friends from Antietam Dairy will be on hand to serve up some ice cream as well.

Or not.
The truth is God HAS made promises, and hopefully we do believe what He says, but that doesn't always make life rosy.
Join us as we explore the unexpected twists and turns that come with one of the first promises God ever made. We'll discover that God's predictions are not quite as predictable as we might like.

Expanding September 6th. U can help!!!

Did you know that CrossWalk is expanding? Why? CrossWalk Kids classrooms are growing each Sunday! In addition, CrossWalk Teens need a place to start meeting weekly in the evenings this fall. So...we need to make more classroom space!
God is amazing. He has provided a place! We have additional space across the hall from CrossWalk’s front doors for the classroom we need. Now we just need some help from you to help get the classroom ready.

“So how can I help?", you might ask...
1. Be hands-on and help renovate the rooms. We need people to come in over the next 5 weeks and work on putting up walls, ceilings, etc.

2. Contribute financially. In order to have the rooms ready for use, we have some equipment and furniture needs - see list below. Or you can always contribute to the Building Fund using a giving envelope available in the back of the Worship Center. Thanks for your help in making this exciting new space a reality for our young people!

3. Childcare help for the CrossWalk Teens. 2 - 3 people to watch the children of teen leaders,
